We are continuing to offer some of the best healthy recipes on the internet. A Cooking God’s Way cookbook has even been published, which contains an e-book that helps to explain our healthy eating lifestyle so you can apply these truths in your life. For more info on the cookbook, see this page.
An exciting new area we are exploring, is that we now are offering more recipes that help to strengthen the immune system. In case you didn’t know 80% of the immune system is in the gut, the intestines to be more proper. Your immune system fights off colds, the flu, etc… and also hardcore diseases like cancer.
We studied the foods of other cultures that live long healthy lives and found that they often consumed some form of fermented foods daily. You can see how important it is to eat a regular diet of lacto-fermented foods.
Cooking God’s Way has been holding cooking classes monthly since July. In which, Shannon has been teaching the hands on making of yogurt, sauerkraut, ketchup, pickles, just to name a few. The class attendees have been using these great new lacto-fermented food to help enrich the health of their family.

We had a lot of interest shown in the class from people that did not live close enough to attend and this led us to the next step we needed to take.
